Under the expert guidance of our culinary team, you'll pick the freshest ingredients at the local market and master the delicate balance of flavours that define Khmer cooking.

Hands-on experience

Immerse yourself in the flavors and techniques of Khmer cooking and prepare four traditional Khmer dishes: mango salad, fish amok, beef sour soup and sticky rice dumplings (menu may change depending on seasons).

Market visit

Our Chef will guide you through a market and teach you more about the local produce and herbs for the class. Ingredients that are typically used in Khmer cooking include turmeric, kafir lime leaves, ginger, lemongrass, dried chilli and galangal.

Cook Book

After the class, you'll receive a cookbook with recipes for the four traditional Khmer dishes you've learned. This guide is filled with practical tips and insights, enabling you to recreate the authentic flavors of Cambodia at home and share them with loved ones.

Our cooking classes cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Each class is designed to accommodate different levels of experience.

Do you offer dietary accommodations?

Yes, we are delighted to offer both vegan and vegetarian cooking classes as well as catering to any allergies.

Which recipes will be taught?

Mango salad, fish amok, beef sour soup and sticky rice dumplings (menu may change depending on seasons).

Are classes available in the afternoon?

No, to ensure the freshest market ingredients, our classes are held around lunch, following a mid-morning market tour.

Can I bring a guest?

The classes are only available for those guests who have booked.

What is your cancellation policy?

 If class is canceled within 24 hours, there is no charge.
